A new ranking of world cities has placed Madrid as one of the cities preferred by tourists, appearing in third position.
Euromonitor ‘s annual report has ranked Madrid as the third most attractive city for tourism in 2023, surpassed only by Paris and Dubai. With this, Madrid has moved up one place from 2022.
This index uses 55 parameters to evaluate each city and position it in the ranking: economic and business performance, tourism performance, tourism infrastructure, tourism policy and attractiveness, health and safety, and sustainability .
In the top 10 of Euromonitor’s ranking are Paris, Dubai, Madrid, Amsterdam, Berlin, Tokyo, New York, Rome, Barcelona and London.
