Chinese New Year in Madrid; full program, dates and parade

As has become customary in recent years, Madrid prepares to welcome the Chinese New Year, this time dedicated to the sign of the Dragon. The Chinese New Year 4722 begins on Saturday, February 10, although celebrations start earlier in countries such as China and the rest of the Asian communities around the world.

These festivities have their epicenter in the neighborhood of Usera, known as the China Town Madrileño, being one of the districts with the largest Chinese population in the capital.
