- Online: Through the Community of Madrid’s “Digital Account,” using the IDentifica digital identification system. Once the process is complete, the digital ID is stored in the Digital Account’s cardholder.
- In person: By visiting the Youth Offices of the Community of Madrid (Moncloa and General Díaz Porlier) or any of the more than 60 municipalities with issuing points. You must present your ID, passport, or residence card. The card will be issued on the spot.
- CaixaBank branches: Present a photocopy of your ID or residence card. The digital card is received by email, and if requested in physical form, it is sent by post in approximately one week.
Additionally, there’s the option of the Young Financial Card, which includes debit and credit functions and is available at CaixaBank branches and on the Imagin app or website.
