Autumn Route – El Pardo and Manzanares, Easy – November 29th

This beautiful hiking route will take us through an ideal trail for autumn, we will walk through part of Monte de El Pardo, exploring the natural environment of the Manzanares River, passing through points of interest such as the Quinta del Duque del Arco, the Pardo dam and the recreational area of Somontes. It is an easy route accessible to everyone and lasts approximately 3 hours.

Halfway through the tour, we will stop for a relaxing picnic: good food, nature and friends before continuing the adventure.

Length: 12 kilometers.
Total time: 4 hours 08 minutes.
Time on the move: 2 hours 57 minutes.
Cumulative elevation gain: 171 meters.

All our routes are accessible by public transport. If you prefer to go by car, we encourage you to share seats and expenses with other participants.

1. Wear comfortable walking or hiking boots or sneakers– your feet will thank you!
2. Bring at least 1.5 liters of water– stay hydrated!
3. Pack some food for lunch (a sandwich, fruit, snacks, etc.).
4. Don’t forget the sunscreen to protect your skin.
5. And, of course, a lot of adventure!

We will go by public transport, so bring cash for the bus, (approx 10 euros round trip) which is not included in the price (under 26 years old free with Transport Pass). If you have your own car, you can bring it and take other participants with you to share the gas.
