If you are planning to go out on Christmas Eveor do some last minute shopping, you have to take into account that the usual schedules of the Madrid Metro will be altered for the holidays.
In the case of Christmas Eve, the closure of Metro de Madrid will be brought forward to 22:00 hours, the last passengers will be able to access the Metro at 21:30.
At Christmas, the Metro will be open until 08:00 am, that is, 2 hours later than its usual schedule. Metro’s Christmas closure will be during normal hours.
