Once again, the historic Strawberry Train will travel the route between Madrid-Delicias station and Aranjuez, recalling the first route between the capital and the Royal Site in the nineteenth century.
It has been more than 41 years since this route, which recalls the first railroad route between the capital and the Royal Site in the nineteenth century, circulates with cars of the time and actors who will transport you to the second half of the nineteenth century with their different interpretations.
This year the Strawberry Train arrives with new features such as the possibility of combining the train ride with canoeing a stretch of the Tagus in the Royal Site. You can also enjoy various visits such as the Royal Palace of Aranjuez, visit the Cultural Landscape of Aranjuez by bicycle, enjoy the old music and many other activities.
The Strawberry Train started running last March 21 and will run until June 1 between Madrid and Aranjuez. Ticket prices range between 30 and 58 euros, depending on the package chosen. Tickets can be purchased at this official link.
