Let’s discover the wilder side of Madrid visiting these incredible places with people from all countries. You can practice other languages as well as enjoy nature!
On this hiking adventure, we will cross the border from Madrid to Guadalajara, visiting historical sites such as the oldest dam in Madrid, the Pontón de la Oliva dam, built by prisoners in the mid-19th century. During this tour we will have beautiful views of places as unknown as this until we reach a landscape from another world: Las Cárcavas de Valdepeñas, in Guadalajara. Some formations created by the erosion carried out by water on reddish clay soils. Halfway through the tour, we will have a picnic to rest, eat and enjoy the views and start our return. This route is of a moderate level, 16km, a long walk, suitable for everyone with adequate physical conditions.
