At this time, agricultural activity in the area is in full decline.<\/p>\n<p>Since then, in the Brihuega area, about a thousand hectares of Lavender have been planted and a treatment and production plant has been established.<\/p>\n<p><strong>But what is lavender itself?<\/strong> This is an aromatic shrub with <strong>bluish lilac flowers<\/strong>in the shape of a spike, whose essence is used to make perfumes.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Thanks to all this, this area of \u200b\u200bGuadalajara has now become one of the largest lavender producers in the world, with 10 percent of the total production.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-72641 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/madridurbanvibes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/1-e1657536257720.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"458\"><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The characteristic color of lavender creates an incredible spectacle in the areas where it has been planted, attracting thousands of people each year.
