At the end of October of the previous year, the Madrid Cable Car service closed the place for technical reviews. And it has taken half a year for this transport to reconnect Parque del Oeste with Casa de Campo.
The Madrid Cable Car operates every day of the year, except days with too much wind or electrical storms, it is made up of 80 cabins and each one of them fits 6 people. The journey takes about 11 minutes, which is how long it takes to travel the 2,457 meters between the two stops.
If you want to get on and have some of the best views of Madrid, the price for adults is €4.5 for a single trip ticket, or €6 if you decide to buy a return ticket.. The cable car schedule is from 12:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays until 9:00 p.m.
