The last nights of autumn in Madrid will be dressed in color and art with the First International Festival of Light in Madrid, with the aim of commemorating the Landscape of Light as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Using the public space of Madrid as a canvas, great artistic expressions and innovation from national and international artists will be appreciated.

Using mapping techniques, high definition video, artificial intelligence or movement, more than twenty works will be exhibited in the most emblematic places of Madrid.

With this initiative, Madrid joins the international network of cities and light LUCI (Lighting Urban Community International), already counting with more than 70 cities such as Brussels, Tallin, Eindhoven, and Turin. LUCI’s objective is to promote the use of light as a tool for sustainable urban development.

This event will be free and can be enjoyed on October 29, 30 and 31 from 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. We leave you the link to the official website of the event where you can see the map with the 22 locations of the first edition of LuzMadrid and their schedules.
